Breathwork & Reiki Sessions

Breathwork allows you to come back home in your body. With each session you'll continue to peel back layers and layers getting to the core of who you are. With this type of cyclical breathing pattern you are able to get out of your sympathetic nervous system and into your parasympathetic. What this means is you are able to get out of fight and flight and into rest and digest. In this state you are able to tap into and release stuck emotions and energy that have been stored in our bodies. You will build up to a scream  during the practice. This amplifies the release and allows deeper healing and transformation. Sessions include curated playlist, healing touch, and intuitive insight.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that works on all levels of your being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It allows your body to come back into alignment by removing energy blocks. It promotes a feeling of balance, harmony and restoration. Sessions included healing touch, guided meditation, chakra balancing and intuitive insight.
