The story of how my journey of self discovery and healing started like most people's. My world was upside down. I was dealing with overwhelming grief from the loss of my nephew, working in an extremely toxic work environment and drowning because I knew there had to be more. I found the oxygen I needed through Meditation, Reiki and Coaching. Once I could breathe again, I began my training to become a Reiki Master and Teacher. I began to live the life I wanted on my terms. I had to make hard decisions and see things about myself that weren’t always easy. My healing has continued to evolve and uplevel over the years. I found breathwork and immediately signed up to become a certified practitioner. Breathwork has allowed me to reconnect with my body on a deeper level releasing old traumas, patterns, and emotions. It’s been a journey of self discovery that I wouldn’t change for a minute. I can't wait to work with you on your journey back home!
